Service description
BotConsent provides tools for generating AI crawler policy snippets, hosted policy pages, crawler-readiness audits, monitoring, alerts, and related documentation workflows.
No legal advice
BotConsent is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Generated policies, audit reports, and examples are informational starting points. You are responsible for reviewing them with qualified advisors before publishing or relying on them.
No compliance guarantee
BotConsent cannot guarantee that any crawler, scraper, AI company, search engine, partner, or third party will comply with your robots.txt file, policy page, llms.txt file, or other published terms.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the domains you submit, the accuracy of your policy choices, and the decision to publish or modify any generated snippets. You should not submit domains you do not own, operate, or have permission to assess.
Paid plans and audits
Paid subscriptions and one-time audits are processed through Stripe checkout. Prices shown on this site are listed in U.S. dollars. Subscription plans renew monthly unless canceled through Stripe or BotConsent support.
Acceptable use
You may not use BotConsent to interfere with third-party services, submit abusive content, impersonate another site owner, or attempt to scan systems without authorization.
Availability
Hosted pages, monitoring, and alerts may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. BotConsent does not promise uninterrupted availability in these starter terms.
Changes
These terms may change as the product, payment flow, and legal review mature. If material changes are made, the updated terms should be published with a new effective date.
